You'll help customers unlock the transformative potential of AI-powered content creation by leading hands-on workshops, building prototype templates, and coaching teams on how to make AI part of their everyday work. This means facilitating AI transformation sessions with customers and prospects, turning workshop conversations into tangible outputs in real time, and acting as a trusted voice on how AI can unlock creativity, speed, and clarity across organizations.
This role combines consulting, facilitation, design, and education. You'll design and structure templates that help customers get past the blank page, collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to shape our approach to AI storytelling, and capture learnings from every engagement to refine how we facilitate and inspire. You'll help define what "AI transformation" really means for our customers while building the playbook that scales these engagements.
Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
- Facilitate AI transformation workshops, leading engaging, hands-on sessions with customers and prospects to explore how AI can unlock creativity and clarity
- Bring ideas to life in real time by turning workshop conversations into tangible outputs, from prototype templates to narrative frameworks
- Design and structure templates that build the foundations for scalable AI workflows, helping customers get past the blank page
- Coach and educate teams as a friendly, trusted voice on AI transformation, helping them understand how to make AI part of their everyday work
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to shape our approach to AI storytelling and customer experience
- Evolve the playbook by capturing learnings from every engagement to refine how we facilitate, teach, and inspire
- 3–5 years of consulting, facilitation, or strategy experience, ideally in a creative, tech, or transformation context
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to lead conversations, guide groups toward clarity, and make complex topics approachable
- Fluency in design and storytelling with comfort shaping ideas visually and narratively
- Curiosity and confidence with AI tools with understanding of how AI can augment creativity and collaboration
- Builder's mindset with enthusiasm for creating structure where none exists, whether workshop formats, customer templates, or new ways of explaining concepts
- Empathetic educator approach with patience, humor, and enthusiasm for helping others learn
The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $150K - $195K plus benefits & equity.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
