About us
We're building the creative layer for modern communication. Every month, over a billion people make presentations — but the tools they use to make them haven't evolved in decades. We're changing that, using AI to disrupt a massive market.
📈 Millions of people rely on Gamma to create, teach, and persuade, creating more than 1 million gammas every day.
💻 We see Gamma as the next great workplace tool, combining viral B2C love with a massive B2B opportunity. We believe AI can be a true creative partner: one that understands context, clarity, and taste.
💸 We’ve reached a $2.1B valuation, crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue, and have been profitable since 2023.
💙 We're an imaginative, passionate team who takes our work seriously, but not ourselves. Our culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity.
About the role
You'll be the operational force multiplier for Gamma's sales organization, building the infrastructure, content, and competitive intelligence that keeps our revenue team closing deals at the pace of our growth. This role combines strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution: one week you're building battle cards that help us win against entrenched incumbents, the next you're implementing AI tools that automate pipeline hygiene, and the week after that you're creating ROI frameworks that help enterprise buyers justify six-figure purchases. You'll quarterback everything from vendor security reviews to competitive intelligence to deal operations, working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our go-to-market motion scales as we push toward our next growth milestone.
You'll work closely with our Head of Sales and Sales Ops and Strategy Manager to tackle high-impact projects that shape how we sell, win, and scale. This is a high-variety role for someone who thrives on solving different problems every week and wants deep exposure to every lever in an enterprise sales function. You'll use AI extensively to build enablement content, automate repetitive work, and uncover competitive insights faster than traditional methods allow.
Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
What you'll do
  • Build sales enablement content that wins deals, including case studies, ROI calculators, objection handling guides, pitch decks, and business case frameworks that help reps close enterprise buyers
  • Own competitive intelligence end-to-end by building battle cards, conducting win/loss analysis, monitoring competitor launches, and synthesizing market research into insights that keep our team ahead
  • Drive pipeline accuracy and deal hygiene through weekly reviews, stage progression audits, vendor portal submissions, security questionnaire management, and flagging at-risk opportunities before they slip
  • Support strategic projects across territory planning, dashboard creation, tool evaluations, rep productivity analysis, and ad hoc research that informs GTM strategy and resource allocation
  • Bridge cross-functional teams by partnering with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to align on revenue initiatives, campaign launches, and planning cycles
  • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate enablement content faster, and surface competitive intelligence that would take weeks through manual research
What you'll bring
  • 2–4 years in Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar analytical roles with a track record of driving projects independently in fast-moving environments
  • Startup experience in high-growth companies where you've built processes from scratch, adapted quickly as priorities shifted, and thrived in ambiguity
  • Strong analytical chops with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfort building models and dashboards, and ability to turn data into clear recommendations
  • CRM proficiency with hands-on Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platform experience including report building, workflow configuration, and data quality management
  • Excellent communication skills that let you distill complex information into sales-ready content and present findings to leadership with clarity
  • Project management instincts with ability to juggle 5–10 concurrent workstreams, manage stakeholders across functions, and consistently ship quality work on time
  • Bias toward action and resourcefulness with good judgment on when to build thorough solutions vs. when to ship something scrappy that unblocks the team
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and willingness to experiment with new platforms to find productivity gains
Compensation range:
$120K - $180K, plus competitive equity.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway! We're always excited about meeting great people.
GTM at Gamma
We believe Gamma's storytelling platform will make people happier at work.
Let's be real: no one likes building decks. And yet, they're a necessary part of work life. We're on a mission to free orgs from the drudgery of deck building, while dialing up the magic of storytelling and turning dread into delight.
We care deeply about our customers' success.
If we don't think they'll get real ROI from Gamma, we won't sell it to them. Customer success drives all of what we do — from our first interaction with them, to their umpteenth renewal. We aim to help our customers win the next pitch, land the compelling case, drive employee satisfaction, and let storytelling reign.
Our tiny team has massive impact and reach:
1 million
AI generated presentations daily
6 million
AI images generated daily
1 trillion
LLM tokens processed per month
… all driven by customer value.
Life at Gamma
🤝 You’ll fit right in if…
  • You get energy from small teams doing big things.
  • You love when design, code, and storytelling overlap.
  • You default to action, even when the answer isn’t clear yet.
  • You value details, but know when to ship and move on.
  • You bring both the spreadsheets and the sparkle, equal parts workhorse and unicorn.
  • You believe AI should amplify creativity, not replace it.
  • You know kindness and intensity are not opposites.
  • You like working with people who care deeply: about their craft, their teammates, and the users on the other side of the screen.
💙 Who we are
Gamma is full of imaginative, passionate people who take their work seriously but not themselves. The culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity. It’s the kind of place where you’ll debate a pixel on Monday, laugh over someone’s keyboard setup on Tuesday, and ship something remarkable by Friday.
We care about craft, move with intention, and don’t mind getting a little scrappy. It’s fast, creative, and occasionally chaotic — but that’s what makes it interesting.
💬 Here’s a bit about what it’s like to work here, from people on the inside:
We asked the team what makes Gamma, Gamma. Here were some of their answers:
  • "quirky, inspiring, fun, a little wild in the best way"
  • "You can have an idea and just run with it."
  • "Everyone’s talented and humble — the mix keeps you sharp."
  • "We ship cool stuff, learn a ton, and laugh a lot doing it."
