The Role
We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Gamma. You'll help us evolve the design of our core product features, elevating the quality of our design, and pushing the frontier of what's possible with AI-powered design and publishing tools.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Design, Design, and more Design
- Improve existing features and develop new offerings for our core product areas
- Develop and iterate on complex design flows and deliver prototypes in code
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with engineering throughout the design and handoff process to bring your work to life
- Collaborate with other designers and provide feedback on initiatives across the product
- Take initiative on solving problems that arise and advocating for your ideas
User Research & Evaluation
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Be comfortable getting your own answers and talking directly to users
- Use quantitative data and tools, including AI focused ones, to inform your designs and decisions
Innovation & Systems Thinking
- Use systems thinking and organize design components to create cohesive and scalable design solutions.
- Embrace ambiguity and be willing to take risks and prototype far-out ideas
- Drive innovation by putting new ideas in front of users quickly and iterating based on feedback

You're comfortable using unconventional tools and approaches to communicate your vision. You have a solid understanding of the frontend development cycle and you leverage your skills to showcase your ideas in a tangible way.
Note: Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a full time role — this is not an entry-level position.
