About the role
We're looking for our first product marketing leader to own and scale B2B marketing at Gamma. As Gamma grows from 50+ million individual users to becoming the go-to presentation and content creation platform for businesses, you'll define how we position, launch, and grow our Business and future Enterprise offerings.
As we establish our GTM team at Gamma, you'll be a founding member contributing to our strategy, ensuring we communicate effectively to businesses and create a winning feedback loop between GTM and Product. With our AI-first approach and rapid product velocity, you'll have the opportunity to pioneer new PLG strategies in an emerging category and help us build our employer brand by speaking about those strategies in public.
This position is an onsite role in San Francisco with a hybrid flexible work culture. You'll be expected to come in to our Potrero Hill office 2-3 days per week with a schedule that works best for you.
What you'll do:
  • Own positioning and messaging strategy for Gamma's business use cases, translating our product capabilities into compelling value propositions for teams from startups to enterprises
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for B2B feature launches
  • Create comprehensive sales enablement materials including pitch decks, objection handling guides, and customer stories
  • Drive structured customer research and collaborate with our product team to validate messaging, inform pricing and packaging, and prioritize feature roadmap for business segments
  • Monitor competitive landscape and synthesize market intelligence into actionable insights for the broader team
  • Collaborate with product team to optimize in-product onboarding flows and feature adoption for team workflows
  • Build scalable launch processes and cross-functional communication frameworks to support our rapid shipping culture
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for B2B growth initiatives
Our ideal candidate has:
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS
  • Experience with sales-assisted PLG motions and creating materials that enable both self-serve conversion and sales-led expansion
  • Track record of launching and positioning products for business users, with deep understanding of team collaboration and buying behaviors
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience translating technical capabilities into business value
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and experience measuring marketing impact through conversion metrics, pipeline contribution, and user behavior analysis
  • AI-curious builder with genuine enthusiasm for generative AI tools and their potential to transform business workflows
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence product roadmap, align teams, and coordinate complex launches
  • Technical fluency to understand product capabilities and work effectively with engineering teams on items such as API documentation and integration guides
Bonus points for:
  • Previous experience at companies that successfully transitioned from consumer to B2B or scaled PLG to enterprise segments
  • Background in design, creative tools, or productivity software with understanding of professional workflows
  • Experience marketing AI products to business and IT stakeholders
Compensation & benefits:
The base annual salary range for this role is $175K - $225K
