About us
We're building the creative layer for modern communication. Every month, over a billion people make presentations — but the tools they use to make them haven't evolved in decades. We're changing that, using AI to disrupt a massive market.
📈 Millions of people rely on Gamma to create, teach, and persuade, creating more than 1 million gammas every day.
💻 We see Gamma as the next great workplace tool, combining viral B2C love with a massive B2B opportunity. We believe AI can be a true creative partner: one that understands context, clarity, and taste.
💸 We’ve reached a $2.1B valuation, crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue, and have been profitable since 2023.
💙 We're an imaginative, passionate team who takes our work seriously, but not ourselves. Our culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity.
About the role
You'll help make Gamma the visual communication layer that works everywhere — not just in gamma.app, but inside Claude, ChatGPT, Salesforce, Glean, and every surface where teams already do their work. From MCP integrations with LLM providers to enterprise marketplace listings to partner-built connectors on Gamma's API, you'll shape how Gamma's design intelligence shows up across the tools hundreds of millions of people use daily.
This role combines hands-on solution building, enterprise customer work, and partner enablement. You'll work directly with enterprise AI transformation leaders deploying Gamma for use cases like automated proposal generation from CRM data — and with platform partners like Atlassian, Glean, and HeyGen who are building Gamma into their own products. For every integration Gamma builds internally, the goal is an ecosystem of partners building many more on top of the API.
You'll work closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success to ensure our integrations are reliable, well-documented, and genuinely useful — and to shape the API product roadmap based on what you learn from partners and customers.
Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
What you'll do
  • Build solutions on top of Gamma's API and integrations
  • Use Gamma's API, MCP connectors, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N) to build custom workflows and reference implementations for B2B use cases — e.g., CRM-driven proposal generation, brand-compliant content automation
  • Partner with engineering on the core infrastructure (MCP servers, API endpoints, marketplace connectors) and own the last-mile work: configuring, testing, documenting, and shipping integrations that deliver a complete experience
Work directly with B2B customers
  • Architect integration workflows with enterprise customers — understand their systems, map their use cases, and get them to production
  • Translate customer workflow requirements into API product feedback: what endpoints are missing, what context needs to flow, what breaks at scale
  • Own technical security and compliance conversations (SOC 2, SSO, data residency) with enterprise buyers and their procurement teams
Enable partners building on Gamma
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners building on Gamma's API (e.g., Glean, Atlassian, HeyGen) — helping them scope integrations, unblocking technical issues, and driving to production. For every integration Gamma builds, the goal is partners building 50
  • Create developer resources — reference implementations, solution blueprints, and sample code — that make it easy for partners and developers to build production-quality integrations without consuming Gamma engineering time
  • Support marketplace listing processes (security reviews, certification, co-marketing) for platforms like Salesforce AppExchange and Google Cloud Marketplace
What you'll bring
Required
  • 5+ years building production API integrations, with strong command of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhook systems, and error handling at scale
  • Proficient in TypeScript and Python — you build working solutions yourself, not just spec them
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations — translating business workflows (e.g., "generate branded proposals from our CRM data") into working integrations, not just architecture diagrams
  • Strong technical communication: you can debug a partner's code on a call, lead an architecture discussion with an enterprise IT team, and write documentation that developers actually use
  • Proactive and self-directed — you see a gap (missing docs, broken integration, partner blocked on an issue) and fix it without waiting to be asked
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity — pricing models are evolving, the partner program is new, and you'll help define the playbook as you run it
Nice to have
  • Experience in the LLM/AI agent ecosystem — understanding of how tool-use, function calling, and MCP protocols work and why they matter
  • Experience working with platform partner teams (e.g., navigating an AppExchange listing, a cloud marketplace certification, or an ISV partnership process)
  • Developer advocacy experience: building reference implementations, recording walkthroughs, or running developer office hours
  • Familiarity with enterprise buying motions in the AI/productivity space — you understand what an "SVP of AI Strategy" cares about and how procurement works at large companies
Compensation range:
$140K - $240K, plus competitive equity.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway! We're always excited about meeting great people.
Life at Gamma
🤝 You’ll fit right in if…
  • You get energy from small teams doing big things.
  • You love when design, code, and storytelling overlap.
  • You default to action, even when the answer isn’t clear yet.
  • You value details, but know when to ship and move on.
  • You bring both the spreadsheets and the sparkle, equal parts workhorse and unicorn.
  • You believe AI should amplify creativity, not replace it.
  • You know kindness and intensity are not opposites.
  • You like working with people who care deeply: about their craft, their teammates, and the users on the other side of the screen.
💙 Who we are
Gamma is full of imaginative, passionate people who take their work seriously but not themselves. The culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity. It’s the kind of place where you’ll debate a pixel on Monday, laugh over someone’s keyboard setup on Tuesday, and ship something remarkable by Friday.
We care about craft, move with intention, and don’t mind getting a little scrappy. It’s fast, creative, and occasionally chaotic — but that’s what makes it interesting.
💬 Here’s a bit about what it’s like to work here, from people on the inside:
We asked the team what makes Gamma, Gamma. Here were some of their answers:
  • "quirky, inspiring, fun, a little wild in the best way"
  • "You can have an idea and just run with it."
  • "Everyone’s talented and humble — the mix keeps you sharp."
  • "We ship cool stuff, learn a ton, and laugh a lot doing it."
